Back by popular demand, Plate brings The Easter Bouncy Bash back on 1 April 2018 with a special buffet spread that celebrates all the wonderful ingredients that are synonymous with the season. The occasion offers an Easter Sunday filled with fun activities to captivate the children and a sumptuous feast to satisfy the whole family.
Expect Easter signature dishes such as the succulent Herb-crusted Lamb Leg, Honey-glazed Gammon Ham, Roast Prime Ribs and Baked Whole Soya-Sesame Salmon at the live carving station. Accompany the roasts with hot piping mains, like Beef Cheek & Red Wine Stew, Mini Gratinated Duck Leg Confit Pot Pie, and Charcoal-grilled Barbecue Pork Spare Ribs. Other delicacies include fresh seafood on ice, appetisers, a la minute pasta counter, Japanese items and Easter baked goods, such as Hot Cross Buns and Easter Rice Cake.
